What size should I order? How do the t-shirts fit?
Refer to the sizing charts for all of our products. All of our adult t-shirts are unisex size (Unless stated) so we suggest our ladies to order a size down. Our children's t-shirts are sized for girls and our toddler t-shirts are for all toddlers whether they are a girl or a boy.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States at this current time.
How fast does shipping take?
We recommend you order two weeks prior to your desired arrival date. All of our shirts are custom printed. All orders take 2 weeks (maximum) to arrive to your door. That means, when you order your t-shirt, our warehouse prints your t-shirt and sends it out.
Please note that for holiday seasons, you need to place your order by the first week of December! Only "Fast Ship" items can be ordered after the first week of December so that they get to your door by Christmas!
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order has shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking code. Tracking information is not available when only ordering Vision Words Sticky Notes (as we offer FREE shipping for this item we are unable to track First Class USPS).
Do you do refunds, exchanges, store credits?
Because all shirts are custom printed, there are no exchanges. We ask that you email us at support@visionwords.co before you send us back any items. All items must be in PERFECT (New) condition and it must be sent back with the original packaging. We will then process a refund.
